Chen Qiwei

Chen Qiwei holds a Ph.D. in Economics of East China Normal University; currently the founder and chairman of ABC Group, also a member of the board of trustees of East China Normal University, the president of Financial Technology Research Institute of East China Normal University, a professor of Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and the chairman of the organizing committee and judging panel of Yangtze River Delta Fintech Innovation and Application Global Competition, and the chief convener of the Financial Technology 30-member Forum of Yangtze River Delta and the Financial Technology Industry-University-Research Investment Alliance of Yangtze River Delta; served as a member of the Financial System Reform Research Group of the State Commission for Restructuring the Economic System, a consultant of the Asian Development Bank, a director of the Carnegie Corporation in China, a consultant of the China Development Bank, an expert member of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, a consultant of the People’s Government of Heilongjiang Province and the Chengdu Municipal People’s Government; won the highest award in economics of China, the Outstanding Work of Sun Yefang Financial Innovation Awards, for his professional masterpiece International Competition Theory; expert granted the special allowance from the State Council.
