Mr. Chen, born in 1969, has been serving as Senior Vice President since 2009, Director of Neusoft since 2012, and CTO & CIO since April 2021. After joining the Company in 1999, he successively served as Manager of Intelligent Device Development Department, General Manager of Embedded Software Division, and Chief Operating Officer. He is currently the Vice President of the China Software Industry Association (CSIA).
Mr. Chen received his doctorate degree in automatic control from Tsinghua University, China. Mr. Chen has been awarded numerous honors, including “Top 10 Outstanding Youth of China’s Software Industry 2008”, “10th Anniversary of the Promulgation of No.18 Document of State Council - Role Model of Software R&D Productivity Enterprise in China” and “Leader of China’s Software Industry of the Year 2016”.
