Lingyu Kong

Lingyu Kong is currently the Director of the Executive Office at 东软 and has held this position since 2018. Previously, they served as an International Relations Manager for the Foreign Affairs Office of Shenyang Municipal Government from 2010 to 2018, where they successfully promoted international cooperation and established significant sister city relationships. Before that, they worked as a Liaison Officer at the Dalian Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau from 2007 to 2010 and received recognition for their contributions to major diplomatic events. Lingyu also completed an MBA at Newcastle University as a Chevening Scholar from 2015 to 2016, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dalian University of Foreign Languages.
