Jeff Beard

Jeff Beard is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Neustar Localeze at NeuStar, Inc., a position held since 2011. They have also been the President and Founder of Localeze since 2004, leading the company in developing a content clearinghouse for local merchants. Prior to these roles, Jeff had extensive experience in sales and sales management at Acxiom from 1987 to 2000, served as VP of Business Development at TARGUS Information Corporation, and founded Amacai Information Corporation from 2001 to 2004. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas.
