Blair Newman

Blair Newman has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Blair started their career at Sun Microsystems as a Technical Project Lead from 1996 to 2000. Blair then worked at Verizon Business (formerly Digex, Inc) as a Senior Manager for West Coast Operations from 1999 to 2004, where they directed daily production operations and implemented cost-saving processes.

Afterwards, Blair joined T-Systems North America in 2004 and currently holds the position of Head of Computing Services and Solutions. Blair has been responsible for growing the division and transforming the portfolio to be market-based and competitive. Blair also pioneered a strategic roadmap to increase revenue, optimize costs, and capitalize on the division's new portfolio and business model.

In 2015, Blair joined Bell Integrator as the Chief Technology Officer. Here, they drove the company's digital transformation strategy and was responsible for overall vision, product inception, and customer delivery through a digital SaaS platform. Blair led all aspects of architecture, software, and product development.

Most recently, in 2020, Blair became the Chief Technology Officer at Neuton. Blair launched their flagship service, Neuton. AI, an Auto-ML solution that enables users to produce a neural network model from concept to predictions in less than a day. This groundbreaking solution has allowed for rapid, informed decision making in areas such as predicting and preventing customer churn, turning innovation into action with machine learning, and predicting customer adoption with new products and services.

Blair Newman obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Information Systems from Master's Institute, which they completed from 1994 to 1997. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Information Technology from Columbia Southern University, which they completed in 2015. Additionally, Blair holds several certifications including Cisco: CCNA & CTT, ITIL V3 Foundation, KARASS: Effective Negotiating, Microsoft: MCSE & MCT, RedHat: RHCE RedHat, SUN Microsystems: CSA & SCNA, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
