Trevor Stone has extensive experience in project management, community building, and art education. Trevor currently works at Neutral Zone as a Project Manager and as a Visual Arts Collective Advisor. Previously, they were an Art Education Consultant at EMU Bright Futures 21st Century Community Learning Centers and a Community Builder at Nonprofit Enterprise at Work (NEW). Trevor also served as a Program Manager at Riverside Arts Center and as an Adjunct Lecturer at Eastern Michigan University. Trevor started their career at Neutral Zone as a Visual Arts Coordinator.

Trevor Stone pursued their education in the field of Fine and Studio Arts. Trevor obtained their High School Diploma from Interlochen Center for the Arts in 1992. Following that, they attended the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts from 1992 to 1995, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fine and Studio Arts. Trevor furthered their studies by pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the California College of the Arts, which they completed in 2002. Additionally, in 2004, Trevor obtained a Certificate in Visual Arts Education from Eastern Michigan University.

Neutral Zone

The Neutral Zone is a diverse, youth-driven teen center dedicated to promoting personal growth through artistic expression, community leadership and the exchange of ideas. The Neutral Zone is a completely independent non-profit organization dependent on donations to provide high-quality youth programs in Leadership, Education, Literary Arts, Music Performance and Technology and Visual Arts.
