Albert Buu

Albert Buu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2010, they worked at Alberta Investment Management Corporation as a Systems Engineer and IT infrastructure solutions provider. From 2012 to 2013, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Sohnor Inc., where they developed and executed interactive NFC marketing solutions. In 2013, Buu joined Cash Store Financial as a Senior Server Analyst before moving to Hyperwallet Systems Inc. in 2014 as an IT Infrastructure Manager. Albert then founded Symple Internet Financial Ltd. in 2013, specializing in consulting and advisory services for crypto digital assets and management. In 2019, they founded Neutronpay Inc., serving as the Founder and CEO of the company, which focuses on modernizing payments and financial products using Bitcoin Lightning payments. In 2020, Buu worked at The East West Initiative as an Executive Director, specifically focusing on talent labs.

Albert Buu attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued a Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology.
