In their role at Never Forget Games, Matthew is responsible for overseeing and managing product development.
As Operation Coordinator at Perfect World Entertainment, Matthew coordinated emergency response efforts, established response criteria, and oversaw platform releases.
At Electronic Arts (EA), Matthew served as a Game Product Manager, where they prioritized and implemented A/B tests for The Sims 4 and managed the LiveOps calendar for The Sims Mobile.
Matthew also has experience at Glu Mobile as a Product Manager, where they worked on games such as Contract Killer: Sniper, Deer Hunter 2017, and Restaurant DASH with Gordon Ramsay. Matthew conducted A/B testing, designed UI elements, and developed tools to streamline sales planning.
Before entering the gaming industry, Matthew worked as an Associate Editor at the UC San Diego newspaper The Guardian, where they wrote and edited articles for the arts and entertainment section. Matthew also had a summer internship at Second Harvest Food Bank, where they conducted research and advocacy work related to poverty and hunger.
Matthew Pecot attended UC San Diego from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies. Matthew also pursued a minor in Literature/Writing during their studies.
