Most organizations have security programs. Very few have decision-grade risk visibility across domains. That's the gap we solve.

Nevermore Crisis & Security Advisors is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) built by practitioners who held senior roles at the Big Four, the FBI, and the U.S. military, and who saw firsthand how the consulting model breaks down when frameworks are applied without operational context and junior staff do senior work.

We built Nevermore to close that gap: Big Four consulting rigor and operational practitioner experience in a single, integrated team.

Our partners and senior practitioners lead every engagement. The people you meet are the people who do the work.

We deliver across seven service areas:
→ Security Risk Management (PHYSCORE™)
→ Threat Management Advisory
→ Resilience Advisory
→ Geopolitical Risk Advisory (GEOSCORE™)
→ Governance, Risk & Compliance
→ AI Governance & Cybersecurity Risk
→ AI Legal & Contractual Risk Advisory

We serve organizations across critical infrastructure, government, financial services, healthcare, energy, transportation, defense, technology, and education, aligning to TSA, NERC-CIP, NIST, ISO, CMMC, HIPAA, FFIEC, and sector-specific frameworks.

PHYSCORE™ and GEOSCORE™ are proprietary, quantified risk methodologies that produce scored, benchmarkable, board-reportable data; not narrative reports with general recommendations.

We are vendor-agnostic. No products. No guard services. No conflicts. Every dollar you spend goes to senior advisory from people who have done the work you're hiring us to do.

Most firms sell senior expertise and deliver junior staff. We deliver senior practitioners throughout the engagement. The total cost is often comparable, but the value is fundamentally different.
