Michael Semack

Michael Semack is a corporate and securities attorney who currently serves as Senior MD, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at New Age Alpha. Prior to this, they served as Of Counsel at Velez & Cipriano, PLLC, where they specialized in corporate and securities law. Michael also served as General Counsel at Lirio and BPV Capital Management - Back Porch Vista. In addition, they have extensive experience in negotiating executive compensation matters, especially in the financial services industry. Michael has been quoted in various articles relating to executive compensation and SEC disclosure guidelines. Michael has an active international practice representing clients from all over the world, including Japan, China, Dubai, the Dominican Republic, the United Kingdom, Russia, Nevis, the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, France, Germany, Korea, Brazil, and Montenegro.
