The Operations and Program Management team at New American Pathways oversees the effective implementation and strategic direction of all programs and services designed to support refugees and immigrants in Georgia. This includes managing day-to-day operations, coordinating resettlement services, facilitating ongoing community integration efforts, and ensuring efficient volunteer and donor engagement. The team also develops and leads initiatives focused on employment, education, family support, women's empowerment, and specialized services for groups such as Cuban and Haitian refugees, all aimed at helping newcomers build self-sufficient and successful lives in their new communities.
