Dylan Griffith

Dylan Griffith is a Development Manager at New Beginnings with a strong background in training and development, strategic planning, and grant writing. They co-founded Roots Grant Writing, where they manage the grant cycle and enhance organizational capacity. Previously, Dylan served as the Director of Development & Advocacy at Freedom 4 Youth, significantly increasing the organization’s budget and successfully leading major fundraising initiatives. Educated with a Bachelor of Arts in Black Studies and a Minor in Education from UC Santa Barbara, Dylan is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work with a focus on Community Centered Integrative Practice at the University of Washington.
