Taylor Forest

Taylor Forest is the Chief Operating Officer at New Breed. Prior to joining New Breed, Taylor worked at Dealer.com from March 2009 to April 2014. At Dealer.com, Taylor served as an Engineering, Product Support Analyst. In this role, Taylor was responsible for managing and providing clear business cases to prioritize software maintenance development. Additionally, Taylor served as a liaison between different departments, mediating communication and acting as a point of escalation for software maintenance issues.

Through their work with the Product Owner and stakeholders, Taylor was able to prioritize maintenance for agile development teams. Taylor also provided senior tier troubleshooting for escalated software maintenance defects. As the key communications point between the Engineering, Operational and Enterprise Solutions Departments, Taylor was able to provide valuable insights and recommendations based on trending data analysis. Finally, they worked directly with software engineers to clarify operational needs and provided communication back to internal and external customers.

Taylor's experience in software development and maintenance has been crucial in their role as Chief Operating Officer at New Breed. Taylor has been able to effectively lead and manage teams through their understanding of the development process and their ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Taylor Forest earned their Master of Science in Managing Innovation & Information Technology from Champlain College. They also hold a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Technology from Juniata College.
