Alex Cooley

Alex Cooley has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career as an Advanced Sourcing Engineer at GE Power & Water, where they designed ducting and analyzed 3D models. They then worked at Raytheon as a Lean/Six Sigma Lead, achieving Six-Sigma certification and leading a team in a successful test room redesign. At GE Power & Water, they served as a Steam Turbine Applications Engineer, creating proposals and ensuring design assumptions were in line with customer guarantees. They also worked at Amphenol Alden as a Design Engineer and later as a New Product Development Manager, overseeing the design and production of medical connector systems. Their role at Fulflex Elastomerics Worldwide involved leading process improvement initiatives as a Production Manager. Currently, at New Chapter, Inc., they serve as the Director of Operations, responsible for operational functions, process improvements, and personnel development.
