Steph Rose currently serves as the Vice President of Innovation at New Chapter, Inc., a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Steph gained extensive experience at Procter & Gamble from July 2012 to March 2023, advancing through several positions including Brand Director for Global Hair Care Disruptive Innovation and Sr. Brand Manager for Global Feminine Care. In the role of Brand Manager for the Specialty Beauty Retail Channel at ULTA Beauty, Steph managed direct sales exceeding $30 million across multiple P&G brands while developing and executing an omnichannel marketing strategy. Earlier career experiences include a Brand Management Internship at Old Spice and freelance graphic design work with Stephanie Kurek Designs. Steph holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
