Ashley Wright

Ashley Wright has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ashley is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at New Charter Technologies, where they lead a team of technical recruiters and exceeds hiring targets by attracting top-tier talent. Prior to this, Ashley worked as a Recruiting Manager at New Charter, focusing on building a Dream Team of Managed Service Providers.

Before joining New Charter, Ashley held various roles at Ajilon, including Division Director and Staffing Manager. In these positions, they oversaw recruiting efforts, built relationships, and placed administrative, operations, and HR professionals in temporary and full-time positions.

Earlier in their career, Ashley worked as a Staff Augmentation Coordinator/CSC at PrO Unlimited Onsite at Genentech, Inc and as an Assistant Temporary Consultant at Wollborg/Michelson.

Throughout their career, Ashley has displayed strong leadership skills, a commitment to fostering collaborative environments, and a specialized approach to talent acquisition and staffing.

Ashley Wright obtained an Associates of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from Skyline College, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Ashley also obtained certifications in "Recruiting Diverse Talent as a Hiring Manager" and "Diversity Recruiting" from LinkedIn in 2021.
