Ryan Barton

Ryan Barton is the Chief Innovation Officer at New Charter Technologies, where they lead efforts in pioneering AI-integrated services. They are also the Co-Founder and Socratic Counselor at Socratic Counseling, focusing on helping individuals navigate their inner and outer lives through a unique method of wisdom cultivation. As the Founder and Chair of Mainstay Technologies, Ryan transformed the company from a small startup into a significant player in IT and Information Security services in northern New England. Additionally, Ryan co-founded the Vervaeke Foundation to address the global crisis of meaning, having previously served as its Executive Director.
