Our operations now include more than 65 moving trucks and almost 200 employees, including a full sales and customer support team. Each of our employees undergoes a background check and a comprehensive interview process to ensure that we have polite and helpful staff answering your phone calls and emails and that we are sending a friendly and trustworthy crew of people to your home. All of our employees stands behind our company mantra of providing the best customer service, so that’s our number one priority every day. We are always happy to take as much time as needed to ensure that customer questions, comments and concerns are handled as well as possible so everyone feels at ease with their move. 

Not to toot our own horn, but with more than 50% of our moves coming from repeat customers, we must be doing something right! New City Moving is licensed and insured with the Illinois Commerce Commission and we have an "A"​ rating by the Better Business Bureau for maintaining ethical business practices.
