New Day Intake Center

Motels4Now is a housing-first, low-barrier program created in August 2020 designed to house the chronically homeless in dignity, and accompany guests to longer-term, more sustainable housing. We have served nearly 700 people, with 76% being stably housed either at M4N or in other positive options.
