Lynn C. has extensive human resources experience spanning over a decade, with a current position at New Deantronics since April 2018, focusing on foreign worker management, recruitment, turnover management, and industry-university collaboration projects. Prior to this, Lynn worked at China Petrochemical Development Corporation from April 2017 to March 2018, managing recruitment for both headquarters and overseas locations, HRIS, attendance, and overseas travel. At Mita dining group, from April 2014 to March 2017, Lynn served as an HR Assistant Manager, overseeing employer branding, employee relations, and recruitment for new stores. Lynn's career began at ISS Taiwan as an HR Recruiter, where responsibilities included account service and talent acquisition in Taipei. Lynn holds an MBA from National Taiwan University and a degree from Fu Jen Catholic University.
