Overview

New Delta is a management consulting firm specialising in delivering sustained, measurable improvements in operational performance for complex, process driven organisations.

We work with leaders who need to remove entrenched process waste, fix underperformance, and achieve a step change in performance that is maintained long after the project ends.

Our work focuses on:

Identifying and eliminating systemic process waste

Restructuring and transforming departments to operate at a higher level

Upgrading operating practices, systems and capability to support long term performance

New Delta improves performance by embedding with your people. We diagnose root causes, design practical solutions, and implement them with discipline so improvements are owned internally and sustained over time.

As Operational Performance Specialists, we have delivered significant and lasting performance improvements across heavy industry, resources, energy and manufacturing in Europe, Australasia and North America.

Clients engage New Delta when they want more than incremental gains. They work with us to achieve materially improved performance that holds under pressure and continues to build.
