New Energy Project Management (NEPM) is an independent owner's representative and project manager for clean energy and building efficiency projects. We guide homeowners, businesses, and municipalities through solar, battery storage, heat pumps, weatherization, and full building electrification, from initial feasibility through construction and commissioning.

We don't sell equipment or perform installations. Our only obligation is to our clients. That independence means every recommendation we make is based on what's right for the project, not what's profitable for a vendor.

NEPM coordinates the full project lifecycle, from energy assessment and contractor selection to permitting, interconnection, and installation oversight. We bring structure, accountability, and honest guidance to a process that is often fragmented and hard to navigate on your own.
