Devyn Hensel

Devyn Hensel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, sales management, and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Consultant at New Engen, Inc., since February 2024, following the acquisition of LT Partners where Devyn held the same title and previously worked as an Associate Consultant. Prior to that, roles included Transaction Coordinator and Mortgage Loan Processor at New American Funding, as well as Sales Gallery Leader at Restoration Hardware, where Devyn led design teams and developed client relationships. Devyn also held sales management positions at Pottery Barn Kids and West Elm, focusing on team motivation and customer engagement. Early experience includes itinerary planning at Walt Disney World, where Devyn excelled in sales and customer service, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of South Florida.
