Neil Simpson

Neil Simpson is an accomplished governance professional with extensive experience in corporate compliance and company secretarial roles across various leading organizations. Currently serving as Governance Head, Corporate at New Forests since June 2021, Neil previously held senior positions including Senior Company Secretary at Westpac Group and Company Secretary at Qantas Superannuation Fund. Additional experience includes serving as Group Compliance Manager at Mirvac and Company Secretary for the MLC Group of Companies at National Australia Bank. Neil's career began as General Manager for the Lend Lease Super Fund and Employee Share Plan. Neil holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Southern Cross University.
