张凯钧

凯钧 张 is the Associate Director of HR at New Frontier Group, where they have been since 2021. With over six years of experience in equity incentives and long-term incentives, as well as three years in M&A consulting, they possess extensive HR knowledge across multiple modules, including COE functions and HRBP roles. Prior to their current position, 凯钧 held various roles at PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong and served as HR Director for Total Reward at 復星集團. They hold a master's degree in Finance from 复旦大学 and a bachelor's degree in Finance from 淡江大学.
