NEW HEIGHTS with Isa is a consultancy firm specializing in Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, and AI. We drive complex transformations while keeping the customer at the center.

At NEW HEIGHTS with Isa, we work with 3 types of clients:
1️⃣ Executive leaders seeking to drive transformation within their organizations. We support them through:
• End-to-end transformation consulting - from project scoping to leading large-scale programs.
• Corporate training & ideation workshops - helping their teams enhance their skills and foster creativity.

2️⃣ Solution providers looking to establish their market presence. We help them form strategic partnerships, adapt their offerings to market needs, and refine their go-to-market strategies.

3️⃣ Professionals aiming to grow their careers in consulting, CX, digital transformation, or AI. We support them through mentorship sessions, offering guidance and insights to help them navigate their professional journey.

Our hands-on, pragmatic approach is guided by 4 core principles:
• Authenticity – Transparency, direct communication, and concrete solutions. No jargon, just clarity and impact.

• Pragmatism – Transformation is about action and results, not just theory.

• Tailored Solutions – No one-size-fits-all. Every project is unique and adapted to client needs.

• International Perspective – Experience in 6 countries across 3 continents, fluency in 5 languages (French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic), and deep intercultural expertise.

With 30+ client assignments for 20+ large enterprises and multinationals in B2C, B2B, B2B2C, and B2G, we deliver high-impact results.
