New Jack Productions is the creative team marketing leaders bring in when their in-house team can't ship fast enough.

Most marketing teams have great creative leads and not enough hands. Hiring takes months. Agencies take weeks to deliver one hero spot that fatigues in days. Freelancers ghost.

We plug in as the senior extension of your team. Ads, video, brand, performance creative — same crew every week, founder on every account. You get agency-level work without hiring four more people.

What we do:
Performance creative built for Meta, TikTok, and CTV. Hooks and variations designed to beat ad fatigue. Editing engineered for watch time and conversion. Cinematic execution at social-feed speed.

What that's looked like:
Elmhurst 1925 — 140% lift in CTR, 2.2x ROAS on the campaigns we ran.
Esker — 4.2x ROAS, +380% engagement.

We're not trying to make content that wins awards. We make work that earns attention, builds trust, and moves revenue.

If your team is drowning in creative requests, that's what we're for.
