Jim Mill has extensive experience in professional hockey, currently serving as the Head of Free Agent Scouting/Recruitment for the New Jersey Devils since November 2015. Mill's previous roles with the Devils include Director of Pro Scouting, Head of College Scouting/Pro Scout, and Amateur/Pro Scout. Prior to joining the Devils, Mill worked for the Minnesota Wild from June 2009 to September 2015 as Assistant to the GM and AHL GM. Mill's career also includes a tenure at the American Hockey League as Executive Vice President from May 1998 to June 2009, and as Assistant Director of Hockey Operations for ECHL Inc. from August 1996 to May 1998. Mill earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government, Business from Saint Anselm College, where studies took place from 1988 to 1992, following education at Kingswood-Oxford School from 1985 to 1987.
