Michael Horowitz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in transportation, operations, and customer experience. Currently serving as a Driver with both Amazon Flex and The Spark Delivery since August and October 2022, respectively, Michael also works as a Full-Service Shopper for Instacart and a Secret Shopper for the New Jersey Devils, evaluating guest experiences at events.
