Scouting and Player Development

The Scouting and Player Development team at the New Jersey Devils is responsible for identifying and evaluating hockey talent, both domestically and internationally. This team assesses players’ skills through extensive scouting, data analysis, and video breakdowns, while also focusing on the development of players through coaching and training programs to enhance their performance.
