Josh Everett

Josh Everett has over 25 years of experience in business development and land management. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at New Leaf Landscape Services since January 2012, Josh has successfully focused on customer development, branding, and marketing strategies for business growth. Prior to this role, Josh worked at Forestar Group as the Manager of Land Sales for North Georgia, generating over $12 million in sales revenue by marketing select properties. Earlier career experience includes a position as Real Estate Forester at Temple-Inland, where responsibilities encompassed managing land activities on a 150,000-acre portfolio and initiating strategic land sales. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from The University of Georgia.
