Daniel House has a diverse background in customer engagement and training, with experience spanning over a decade in the retail and hospitality sectors. Beginning a career as Hospitality Manager at McDonald's, Daniel progressed to roles including Store Manager at Hawkin's Bazaar and PR Ambassador / Team Leader at Sainsbury's. At New Look, Daniel has held multiple positions, including Customer Care Programme Manager, Senior Customer Engagement & Support Manager, and currently, Senior Internal Communications Manager. Prior to joining New Look, Daniel served as L&D Trainer at Debenhams and contributed to customer satisfaction strategies and training initiatives across various organizations.
