An Architect and ally empowering homeowners, small businesses and local nonprofits to realize lasting, low-carbon additions, new builds and renovations. Licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, NMA designs high-performance environments including adaptive reuse, right-sized living and urban/suburban infill.

We lead with exceptional communication and service, champion our clients, and maintain a steady presence throughout each project to minimize stressful complications. In addition to design and construction documentation, we navigate zoning, manage bid processes, coordinate with building officials, administer construction contracts, and procure cost estimates and engineering design when necessary.

Ian Baldwin (www.linkedin.com/in/ib-aia) founded NMA in early 2020 as the Covid-19 pandemic took hold, which has embedded the need to navigate and harness change in our approach.

We will provide a free remote consultation to LinkedIn members who are connected or following. Use the button below to connect on email or message Ian via InMail.
