Martin Berchtold

Martin Berchtold is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently, Martin serves as Co-Founder and Board Member at Lagoom Living and holds the position of Co-Founder and CEO at Iberian Yield Investment. As Co-Founder and working Chairman of the board at Bokoop, Martin is driving an initiative to create one thousand affordable housing units for young people. Additionally, Martin is the Co-Founder and owner of Elivery, focusing on optimizing commercial logistics, and previously founded and led Studentbostadsfonden AB, which developed student housing projects in the Nordic region. Martin's earlier ventures include founding Plant Growth Solutions and Plant Growth Business Advisors, offering strategic and operational consulting for businesses.
