New Networks provide expertise, advice and support to organisations across the public sector.

We provide a wide range of consultancy services that seek to improve the performance, efficiency and cost effectiveness of our clients and specialise in making better relationships for the public sector.

We have considerable programme management, service management and service delivery experience. We deploy this to focus on the key issues and are able to support and advise clients and partners accordingly.

Our functional capability includes:
•	Commercial / financial advice;
•	Project and programme management;
•	Procurement advice (public / private relationships);
•	Shared service advisory (public / public);
•	Business case development / financial appraisal;
•	Financial modelling and affordability;
•	Commercial advice and deal shaping;
•	Governance and client function design;
•	Renegotiation and dispute / exit resolution;
•	Service reviews / options appraisals; and
•	Interim management

We bring seniority and continuity within our team. We do not have inexperienced staff who need to learn on the job. Ours is a flat structure containing people who have vast experience and knowledge – and are all respected in the marketplace.

Our philosophy as a business – and one that we apply to all of our engagements – is that:

•	We bring the expertise and quality of ‘Big 4’ consultancies at a more competitive price;
•	We focus on achieving client outcomes and objectives; and
•	We are entirely flexible and will build our support around your precise needs

We bring no fixed agenda or prejudice to our work. We help to find the best solution for our clients, with the best blend of financial and non-financial outcomes. Our only imperative will be to see if we can beat your initial perceptions as to what can be achieved and our track record of success on other engagements testifies to our ability to do so.
