Offshore operations teams built for the long term.

NOW (New Options Worldwide) helps founders, principals, and COOs build stable, scalable offshore operations teams in the Philippines—without the risk and churn of short-term outsourcing.

Founded in 2007, we’ve spent nearly two decades building and running offshore back-office teams that support real operations, not experiments. We don’t provide one-off virtual assistants or short-term pilots. We operate as a long-term operations partner, embedding dedicated teams, preserving institutional knowledge, and reducing operational risk as companies scale.

Our clients typically work in:

Construction, Engineering & Architecture

Professional Services (Accounting, Legal, Consulting)

Sales-Driven Organizations (Real Estate, Solar, Insurance, Home Services)

They come to us when:

Internal teams are overloaded

Offshore attempts didn’t stick

Documentation, admin, or revenue operations are breaking at scale

Leadership wants stability—not more management overhead

What makes NOW different is how we operate:

In business since 2007

100+ long-tenured team members

Low turnover, high continuity

Process-driven onboarding and escalation

Built for multi-year partnerships, not quick wins

If you’re looking for a long-term offshore operations partner—and not a staffing experiment—we’re likely a good fit.

📍 Serving clients across Australia, North America, the UK, and Europe
