New Path Pictures is building the infrastructure behind modern filmmaking.

Today, the path from idea to audience remains fragmented. Financing is difficult to navigate, production operates in silos, and distribution is often unclear or out of the creator’s control. At the same time, public funders, private capital, and creative talent are not fully aligned within a single, connected system.

New Path Pictures exists to bring that system together.

We are developing an integrated model that connects financing, production, and global distribution into a transparent and repeatable pathway. This includes original film and series development, strategic partnerships with investors and institutions, and the launch of new distribution platforms designed to give creators and stakeholders clearer access to audiences and revenue.

Our work is grounded in real production experience, with award-winning films released globally, and is now focused on building scalable frameworks that support both independent creators and larger industry partners.

Through initiatives like Gatecrash.tv and Film Fridays, we are creating practical entry points into the industry, enabling filmmakers, investors, and organizations to understand how projects are developed, financed, and brought to market in a meaningful way.

Based in Calgary, New Path Pictures is committed to building a sustainable creative economy that creates jobs, supports local talent, and positions the region as a hub for globally relevant storytelling.

We are not just producing films. We are building the system that allows them to exist, scale, and reach the world.
