At New Perspectives we don’t just advise, we operationalize transformation. We partner with emerging pharma and biotech companies to build commercially-ready organizations, shaping strategies that unlock the full potential of their assets. Since 2008 we have helped companies build take-to-market strategies, obtain investment, acquire assets, and package assets for licensure or sale. Our experience encompasses NCE, 505b2, rare, orphan and ultra orphan drugs, BPLA, generics, devices and biosimilars.

We’re industry veterans. Over their careers and as consultants, our team has collectively launched over 42 products in 32 therapeutic areas, delivering over $20 billion in annual peak revenue. We’ve worked-in and advised pharmaceutical companies both large and small, launched fledgling biotech organizations’ first successful products, and nurtured companies from Pre-IND all the way to FDA approval. Each of these hundreds of experiences has added invaluable perspective to our work while leaving our enthusiasm intact.

For us, it is about giving clients an edge and patients a solution. We do this not by using templates as answers, but by analyzing your asset in light of the competitive environment and providing strategic solutions to address your unique business needs. Our focus is on the best long-term outcome for your program bringing visibility to critical interdependencies, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and enabling a seamless progression from product development through launch. We pair this strategic objectivity with the commitment of an in-house team member—embedding within your organization to complement internal capabilities, drive momentum, and transition ownership when you're ready.

We don't just build assessments and strategies—we help you deliver on them.
External objectivity, internal accountability.
