Kyle Merges

Kyle Merges is currently the Director of Manufacturing at New Process Graphics Companies and previously was a Project Manager and Production Manager at JemSpec, Inc. They have extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, including a role as an Aerospace Propulsion Mechanic in the Ohio Air National Guard. Additionally, Kyle served as the head varsity baseball coach at New Knoxville High School, demonstrating leadership and management skills. They hold an associate's degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Applied Management.
