James McLean

James McLean is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a strong background in non-profit finance and operations strategy. They currently serve as a Fractional CFO at For The People and Mind Share Partners, while also working with several other organizations in similar roles. Previously, James held various chief financial positions across notable non-profits, including IDEO.org and the Making Waves Foundation. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of San Diego and are pursuing a Master’s in Education at the University of San Francisco.
