Tim Boddy is an experienced Picture Editor currently working at New Scientist since February 2020, having previously held the role of Assistant Picture Editor. As a freelance photographer and picture researcher since January 2013, Tim Boddy specializes in portraiture, editorial assignments, corporate events, and other forms of editorial content creation, while also developing personal documentary projects and conducting workshops. Tim Boddy's editorial background includes a Senior Editor position at The 405, where oversight of a photographer database and managing social media content occurred, as well as an Online Picture Editor role at Which?, responsible for all website imagery. Additional experience includes web content management at the Victoria and Albert Museum, a CMS internship at Autograph ABP, and photographic contributions to XYZ Magazine and the British Journal of Photography. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Photojournalism & Documentary Photography from London College of Communication and a BA (Hons) in Digital Photography from London South Bank University.
