David Rather

David Rather is an experienced Project Manager with a career spanning over two decades in the construction industry. Currently, David has been serving as a Project Manager at New South Construction since June 2015, after holding a similar position at CD Moody Construction Company from August 1999 to June 2015. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction and Contracting from Georgia Southern University, where studies were completed from 1995 to 1999.
