Life is full of changes and transitioning into the unknown can generate stress that hinders success. Having additional stress in your life makes it more challenging to be your best self and move forward with a feeling of confidence, empowerment, and joy.
New True North Coaching focuses on helping people navigate the transitions that life throws at them and helps provide insight into the way people view the world. Having this insight creates awareness to make small adjustments that can lead to huge benefits and satisfaction.

Ed Eisenberg spent several decades working in large, multinational corporations including AT&T, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Sanofi.

Upon retiring at the age of 60 in December 2017, Ed was reminded that the most personally rewarding aspect of his career was the ongoing opportunity to coach and develop people, helping them to identify their strengths, break down barriers to success, create plans, set goals, and advance in their own careers. With this in mind, he has been certified by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as both a Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership™ Index-Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).

Ed’s focus is on developing healthy mindsets, as well as on helping people transition to new phases of life—with a specialty in coaching pre- and new retirees. You can learn more about Ed’s career as well as view personal references and testimonies by visiting his LinkedIn page. Also follow @NewTrueNorthCoaching on Facebook.
