New Wave Care is not just another NDIS provider; we spark possibilities. We turn dreams into action, challenges into opportunities, and everyday moments into something extraordinary. Every participant, every staff member, and every connection is at the heart of absolutely everything we do. We believe that support is more than just a service. It’s a chance to empower, inspire, and create real impact in people’s lives and that is why we love what we do.

From the Sunshine Coast to North Brisbane, we are building relationships that go beyond traditional care. We take the time to get to know each participant personally, understanding their goals, passions, and unique needs. This approach extends to our team, who don’t just follow plans, they collaborate, innovate, and create tailored experiences that genuinely make our participant's lives better.

What makes New Wave Care different? It’s simple: we are a movement, not just a provider. We’re committed to creating a culture where participants are supported to dream big, where staff are valued, supported and empowered, and where families, allied health professionals, and coordinators feel connected and confident in the services we provide. We focus on possibilities, not limitations, and believe that every moment has the potential to be extraordinary.

Choosing New Wave Care means choosing a team that genuinely cares, that listens, and that goes the extra mile. It means choosing a provider that doesn’t just meet expectations, we reimagine what support can be, creating real impact for participants, their families, and our broader community.

🌊We’re not riding the wave of change; we’re making the waves.🌊
