We develop and implement custom survey solutions proven to improve retention, performance, & COMMITMENT.

There are a lot of surveying companies on the market – Here is how we differ and you'd benefit:

✅ 1.) Would you rather have free responses read by certified researchers or automated computer software? If your employees take the time to share their feedback, we take the time to actually read it and analyze those responses.

✅ 2.) Instead of Employee Engagement, we focus on a modern alternative called "Organizational Commitment," primarily because it better predicts improved retention, culture, and performance. It's a measure of employees' commitment to their company's goals and values.

**Three reasons to measure commitment not engagement: https://newwave.pub/Engagement-vs-Commitment

✅ 3.) Unlike DIY people platforms, we will work hands-on with you before, during, and after your survey to ensure we understand and achieve your objectives, including custom and comprehensive action plans.

🔵 COMMITMENT FEEDBACK SURVEY
Your survey will measure employees' Organizational Commitment and enable you to compare scores across your desired groupings and against your industry's average.

It will also determine which changes will most directly improve employees' Organizational Commitment, empowering you to take action quickly and confidently.

🔵 WHY FOCUS ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT
On average, we increase our clients' Organizational Commitment by 23% during their first three surveys. Here are the outcomes they report:

⬆️ Psychological Safety by 21%
⬆️ Company Culture Satisfaction by 19%
⬆️ Employee Net Promoter Score by 13%
⬆️ Internal Promotion Rates by 11%
⬆️ Customer/Client Satisfaction by 8%

⬇️ Employee Burnout by 27%
⬇️ Voluntary Turnover by 17%
⬇️ Absenteeism by 15%
⬇️ Recruiting and Hiring Costs by 12%
