New Ways is a behaviour change consultancy. Through our various programmes and consultancy services, we explore the deep, relational work needed to shift behaviours, dismantle harmful systems and practices, to create spaces where everyone can thrive.

We are a mission-led business that believes belonging is a choice. In today’s world, people are looking for diverse workplaces that share their values, treat them like grown-ups, care about wellbeing and growth, and show up with integrity. We help organisations become a magnet for people who commit to you because you walk the walk of what matters most.

We are a rare breed, working at the intersection of progressive coaching, organisational design, the future of work and creative consultancy. This magical mix helps us challenge clients to think differently, guide them to be better and to do this with all our love and support.

We are guided by our values which shape everything we do:

✨ Tell the Truth - We work with radical honesty to make meaningful progress
✨ Bring Compassion - We start where you are, safely supporting you to learn and grow
✨ Upgrade the System - We focus on systemic change and root causes so that change lasts
✨ Everything is Possible - We bring fresh, can-do energy, fuelled by our creativity
✨ Detail Matters - We care about the small moments, because belonging lives here
