Together with your Team Leader you’ll create your personal development plan. During regular 1:1´s you’ll be able to adjust the plan to your needs as well as give and receive feedback. Learning opportunities are around every corner! We often work on projects that involve cross-department collaboration; you can also lead a project that lies within the scope of your interest or participate in one to deepen your knowledge on a specific topic that you find relevant to your personal development.
