Laura Grau

Laura Grau has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and agile transformation. Laura is currently the Director of Engineering at NEW WORK SE since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at XING as a Software Engineering Team Lead from May 2019 to March 2021. Laura also has a long history with Grupo GFT, where they held various roles including Release Train Engineer, Change Agent - Enterprise Coach, Agile Leader - Change Agent, Project Line Manager, Scrum Master, and Project Leader. Their responsibilities in these roles included driving agile principles and values, coaching teams, promoting effective communication and coordination, and managing project scopes. Before joining Grupo GFT, Laura worked at Deutsche Bank as a Senior Functional Analyst and Java Software Developer in various projects related to finance and accounting. Laura began their career as a Java Developer at Tissat.

Laura Grau attended GeeksHubs Academy from 2021 to 2022, where they completed the Tech Management & Leadership Bootcamp. Before that, they pursued an undergraduate degree in Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Laura also studied Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. In addition to their academic qualifications, Laura has obtained several certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant, Certified SAFe 4.0 Agilist, PMP, Scrum Manager, and Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ).
