Wholly owned and operated in North America (Cambridge, Ontario, 40 minutes west of Toronto), New World’s 140,000 square-foot facility consistently receives highest marks from its supply partners for quality, reliability, and service levels. New World maintains long-term relationships with United States and Canadian raw material suppliers to ensure consistency and quality as well as assuring supply chain continuity. As part of its ongoing improvement process, New World routinely tests its formulations in third-party OE (Original Equipment) approved labs using SAE International (Society of Automotive Engineers) OE baseline protocols.  Additionally, New World Friction can test against a variety of protocols upon request.
