Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at New York Edge is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of the company’s after-school programs across all five boroughs. This includes coordinating with schools and community partners, developing program curricula that support academic, athletic, and creative growth, and ensuring that all programs align with the organization’s mission to help students access their full potential. The team also monitors program effectiveness, providing ongoing support and training to staff, and works closely with other departments to foster a comprehensive and inclusive environment for student development.
